Evaluate the Productivity, Drop size and Numeric coverage of each territory/Area.
Fulfill the Training & Development of Sales Staff (ASM, TSM, TSE etc.) in Quarterly basis.
Offering & Negotiation on all LMT’s & IMT’s & done the Annual agreements of category, shelf & company assets deployment.
